"Clear prices, but worth comparing first"
I used londonpass.com while sorting out a short trip to London. Straightforward overall. The prices were easy enough to find, and I liked that the different day options were shown clearly. No endless clicking around.
Checkout felt fine too. No weird surprise fees, which I always appreciate. I could see what I was paying, but I still had to sit there and do a bit of quick maths to figure out if it actually made sense for my plans.
I’d give it 4 stars. Mostly clear pricing, and it didn’t feel sneaky. Just think it could use a few more simple examples showing how much you might save. Would make the decision easier.

"So many great places to choose from"
I was surprised by how many attractions were included, it felt like the list just kept going. We used it for the Tower of London, St Paul’s, and a river cruise, and still had tons of options left over. It made planning our trip so much easier and saved us from endlessly debating what to do next.

"Took me a little bit to get it activated"
So, yeah, the activation was kind of confusing at first, honestly. I had to try it a few times before it actually worked, but once it did, it was fine. I just feel like the instructions could be, like, a little clearer so you’re not sitting there wondering if you missed a step

"We got the London Pass for..."
We got the London Pass for a few days and, it worked out well for us. It only started once we first used it, well, once we scanned it the first time, so we didn’t feel like we were wasting time on the first day. We just picked the length that fit our trip and planned around it from there. It was easy to keep track of and we didn’t run into any weird issues.

"Decent for a rough plan, but generic"
It was okay for getting a basic idea of what to do, but it felt kind of generic. I still had to go back and double-check the times, routes, and a bunch of the details myself, so it didn’t really save me as much effort as I hoped. When I pointed that out, the response felt like one of those canned apologies, which was a bit annoying. Useful as a starting point, just not detailed enough to fully rely on

"Easy, easy way to see London"
We used londonpass.com mostly for the hop-on hop-off bus, and it was really handy. For our first day in London, it made everything feel a lot less stressful.
We got on near Westminster and just stayed on for a bit, bit longer than planned actually, because it was nice to just sit and see the city. When we wanted photos, we hopped off, and the stops were easy enough to find. The drivers were friendly too.
It saved us loads of walking and loads of confusion with the trains, which was exactly what we needed. Good value for easing into London, and I’d definitely use it again.

"Refund went through with no drama"
We had to cancel our London trip last minute, and I expected the pass refund to be a whole thing. I filled out the form and support got back to me quickly with something like, “No problem, we’ll get this processed for you.” A few days later, the money was back on my card. "So Easy It Felt Almost Magical"
I bought the pass online and was able to use it right away, which felt like a tiny miracle. No drama at the entrances, no confusing steps, nothing. They just scanned it and I walked in like the gates had opened just for me.

I found the reservation process really simple and it worked fine overall. There wasn’t much to figure out, which I appreciated. I guess it could maybe feel a little basic, but that’s not really a bad thing when you just want to get it done quickly.
